Commercial Remodel of the Old Scottsdale Inn 7110 E. Indian School Rd Scottsdale, AZ - 90 days

This commercial project has an estimated project scope of 1.5 million dollars. The remodel includes a complete remodel of all 65 rooms, lobby, laundry rooms, roof, parking lot, landscaping and pool. Every single room will have brand new drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, granite counter tops, toilets, shower surrounds, and installation of all AV and furniture. The exterior of the property will have a revamp of all stucco, exterior paint, the resurfacing of the parking lot, as well as completely renovating the pool. The pool was a 13 foot deep pool, but will be converted to a 6ft pool for added entertaining. The pool and spa will have new pool equipment, new plaster, new tile for the coping, and a refinish of the pool cool decking as well. The project schedule is 90 days.

Commercial Counter Tops for Fountain View Village, 16455 East Avenue of the Fountains, Fountain Hills, AZ

OneSource Development is one of the contractors tasked to remodel an existing nursing home in Fountain Hills. OneSource Development has been tasked with the job of replacing over 45k in countertops, which includes all bathrooms, the bar, the nursing home bistro, and several other tops. OneSource Development will be using several types of materials in the project including granite and marble from Arizona Tile (www.arizonatile.com ), enginereed quartz from Cambria Stone, as well as Avonite solid surface.

Residental Projects

Maurice Master and Guest Bathroom Remodel

OneSource Development is currently remodeling the home of a Ahwatukee family, which at the completion will be used as the home showcase for the Ahwatukee Foothills Magazine. The remodel consists of custom alder cabinetry with bloom hardware, granite counter tops with a 1/4" radius edge with undermount sinks, natural stone showers in a 8" x 16" brick pattern tile with custom inlaid granite, a custom travertine bath tub top, custom frameless shower doors, plumbing, electrical, and interior paint. Tiku Kitchen and Bath Remodel

OneSource Development is currently remodeling the kitchen of a Scottsdale family. We started the remodel off by completely demoing the existing kitchen, bathroom, existing media wall, and soffit in the kitchen. The remodel consists of custom raised panel cabinetry and granite counter tops with an ogee flat edge in the kithcen and guest bathroom. The custom designed backsplash will be done out of natural stone. The home is also having a custom wood media wall installed as well. We had to raise the customers existing soffit up 6" to accomodate for a new Thermador refrigerator. To accomodate for all new applicance the existing plumbing and electrical will also be retrofitted .

Along with all the other work we will be repairing the roof that caused roof leaks and damaged drywall in the interior of the home. Drywall patching and painting will be occuring through out the home to ensure the home is rennovated to exisiting conditions.

Dailey Master Bathroom Remodel

OneSource Development is currently remodeling the home of a Tempe family. The remodel consists of custom alder slab cabinetry with bloom hardware, granite counter tops with a custom reverse beveled edge to match new natural stone vessel sinks, custom red pebble tile backsplash, wall mounted faucets, a custom horizontal hair dryer/make up drawer plumbing, the addtition of new outlets and floor lighting, drywall, and interior paint. Cane Master and Guest Bathroom Remodel

OneSource Development is currently remodeling the home of a Chandler family. The remodel consists of custom raised panel cabinetry with bloom hardware, granite counter tops with custom edges and undermount sinks, custom granite backsplash, new faucets, fabrication and installation of full slabs for the shower surrounds, frameless glass doors, new floor tile, the addtition of new outlets, drywall, and interior paint.

Woodlee Roof

OneSource Development is currently redoing the tile roof of a Chandler family. The roof has been damaged over time and was in dire need of replacement. The roof has multiple pitches and has a very steep pitch to the roof, making it a challenge to safely install the new roof.

On going counter top projects

OneSource Development's granite shop is in full swing for the holidays! OneSource Development is in the process of fabricating and installing over 3,000 sq ft of kitchen, bathroom, closet, furniture, and custom nitche tops for over 15 different customers. OneSource Development is doing everything from basic counter tops to custom restoration of a custom chess board brought over from Italy.
