Due to our staff having completed a wide range of Tenant Improvement projects for a wide range of clients, we are able to help our customers and their architects evaluate their projects and make mission-critical decisions before construction begins. The OneSource Development Team will assist with planning for construction sequencing, project scheduling, material procurement, estimating, value engineering and budget management.
Once construction begins, we emphasize clear and open communication amongst the Project Team as well as from the field. This involves regular construction meetings with the tenant, architect, construction manager, and other key subcontractors. In these meetings, the project's current issues are discussed where schedule, budget and quality are the cornerstones of the discussions. Our project management processes ensure that equipment, material and fixtures are approved prior to procurement and delivered in time to meet the schedule. We manage all the municipal inspections necessary to complete our projects in time for our customers to move in according to their plans.
