We strongly recommend One Source as a general contractor for any remodeling project.  From the initial interview through concept and design, to execution and warrantee they have been thoroughly professional.  Estimates were accurate and precise and we did not encounter any surprises.  They are more than willing to work with owners concepts and adapt to those desires.  The three partners have a great perspective and sense of humor and can be trusted to protect the property producing the desired results at a highest quality.  In fact, we were not even in the state during most of the project and are more than delighted at the outcome.

Commercial Hotel Remodel (65 rooms, lobby, pool, roof, parking lot, and landscaping)

We carefully selected One Source Development due to their proactive approach to the construction process. The team came prepared to each meeting with suggestions to lower costs and save significant amounts of time. They arrived at each meeting with samples, pricing and specs in hand to improve our costs and did their diligence with the City prior to our meeting to anticipate permitting expenses. Their pricing was excellent but we mainly selected them due to their enthusiasm for our project and what we believed to be a simple straightforward open book approach to the construction process.
