OneSource Development is a full service general construction company based in Tempe, AZ, but we service all of the Phoenix metropolitan, Northern Arizona, and Southern Arizona. We specialize in commercial and residential construction. We are Native Arizonans, and take pride in the fact we were born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. We have an in-house granite fabrication shop, which separates us from many other general construction companies. We also have an in-house millwork shop, and much more. Our skilled craftsman have over 30 years of experience in drywall, electrical, plumbing, natural stone fabrication, and framing. We have a KB-1 contractors license, and we are currently bonded and insured.  Donny Bolen - was raised in Tempe, AZ and now resides in Moon Valley with his family including his three children and two dogs. While attending Marcos de Niza High School, Donny was a 10-time Letterman in football, basketball, and baseball. Donny still enjoys sports as he has completed a marathon, enjoys coaching, and spends vacations at the beach SCUBA diving and spending time with his family and friends. After studying Computer Systems Engineering at ASU he worked for 11 years at Bank of America as a Vice President and Channel Marketing Manager for their Credit Card Division. Donny has coupled his financial background and construction skills while working for EFI, Inc. (Fiberglass, Silicones, Plastics, Resins, Synthetic Materials) as a Fabricator and Company Manager. He has also owned several companies including Bucket and Associates, LLC, a Real Estate Investment Company, as well as Southwest Granite and Stone, LLC (Granite slabs, Tile, Masonry, Veneer Stone). Brandan Millan - A Native Arizonan, resides in the east valley with his wife and enjoys staying extremely active. He has completed several marathons as well as over 10 triathlons. He is a NASA Drug Free Power lifting National Champion and wrestled at the collegiate level. Brandan believes in giving back to his community. He has been a volunteer for the Valley Big Brother Big Sister Program, The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and has also coached youth wrestling for many years. Brandan graduated cum laude from ASU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and is currently completing a Masters Degree. He was honorably discharged from the Army and Naval Reserves. Brandan's extensive work experience includes working as a software engineer for multiple fortune 500 companies. For over six years, Brandan has been an owner of Southwest Granite and Stone specializing in counter tops and flooring. The company has fabricated and installed over 2.5 million in counter tops commercially and residentially, as well as managed over 1 million in construction flooring jobs.
