OneSource Development gives back!

As part of the community, OneSource Development believes in giving back to the community.  We give to those that are dear to us, which means we give to those wounded in war and children.  As veterans of our military and parents of children with Autism, we have elected to give a portion of our profits to the Wounded Warrior Project and Autism Speaks.  To find out more of who we give to, read about the two organizations below.

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP)

The Wounded Warrior Project began one night while watching the evening news, a group of veterans and brothers were moved by the difficult stories of the first wounded service members returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq. They realized then and there that something needed to be done for these brave individuals beyond the brass bands and ticker tape parades.

The resulting objective was to provide tangible support for the wounded and help them on the road to healing, both physically and mentally. Their mission is to "To honor and empower wounded warriors."

The WWP purpose is as follows:

  • To raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members.
  • To help injured service members aid and assist each other.
  • To provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.

Autism Speaks

Autism Speaks goal is to change the future for all who struggle with autism spectrum disorders.

They are dedicated to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and cure for autism; to raising public awareness about autism and its effects on individuals, families, and society; and to bringing hope to all who deal with the hardships of this disorder. They are committed to raising the funds necessary to support these goals.

Autism Speaks
aims to bring the autism community together as one strong voice to urge the government and private sector to listen to these concerns and take action to address this urgent global health crisis. It is their firm belief that, working together, we will find the missing pieces of the puzzle.

Autism Speaks. It's time to listen.

OneSource Development is committed to "working together" with Autism Speaks.
